UniLodge becomes Adelaide's biggest student accommodation provider

In July this year UniLodge Australia acquired Student Living Australia and Student Living adding 10 properties into its South Australian portfolio.

This means bed numbers have grown from 430 to 1144 beds in Adelaide alone.

With the new addition of the previously managed Student Living Australia properties, UniLodge says it has set itself above the competition and is positioned as the market leader.

Adelaide UniLodge properties are located in the city centre, close to entertainment precincts and The University of Adelaide, University of South Australia, Bradford College and Eynesbury College.
